Buster has spent more than two decades working in the oil and gas industry, helping mineral and royalty owners understand, protect, and maximize the value of their assets. As a Registered Professional Landman (RPL) and Certified Professional Mineral Manager (CMM), he combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges mineral owners face.

Throughout his career, he has worked with both individual owners and energy companies, gaining valuable insight into all aspects of mineral ownership, leasing, development, and revenue management. This experience allows him to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance and proactive management tailored to their unique goals.
