SUMMARY OF SERVICES

MCRM assumes all of the executive responsibilities and day-to-day duties and functions necessary to manage your oil and gas properties and operate them at an optimum level to maximize cash flow and eliminate missed opportunities, all while minimizing costs. In addition to revenue accounting, handling, and distribution, MCRM will negotiate, process, and execute all leases, pooling elections, division orders, operating agreements, and other contracts, and pay all JIBs, AFEs, and Ad Valorem Taxes for you in a timely manner.
